Quick Transmigration: Scum Villain Refuses to Reform Chapter 5: Dowdy Stay-at-Home Husband (Alpha) x Overbearing CEO (Omega)

Feng Yuan gave him a domineering look.

‘Less talking.’

Jiang Lin’an grinned. He lowered his voice and gestured with his eyes toward the man in Feng Yuan’s arms. “What’s his story? Did you find out?”

Feng Yuan revealed Gong Ze’s background to Jiang Lin’an.

Jiang Lin’an was shocked when he heard it. “Holy shit, there’s a gem like this? You’re telling me this gorgeous encounter — this guy who makes Omegas weak in the knees and has a personality softer than tofu — not only comes from a clean background, but he also walked into the wrong place? He’s never been kept before? By an Alpha or an Omega?”

Feng Yuan, feeling pleased inside, nodded with restrained pride.

“His friend recommended a different place. He came here by mistake. Plus, someone in his family is sick, so he’s desperate to find a job that pays well.”

Jiang Lin’an: “…”

Holy crap.

Given this guy’s looks, the fact that he’d made it to adulthood without being snatched up was just absurd.

“What kind of luck do you have?” Jiang Lin’an looked at Feng Yuan with envy, jealousy, and resentment. “And you just happened to stumble upon him.” Although he wasn’t into Alpha-Alpha relationships himself, if an Alpha like Gong Ze came along, he’d be more than willing to give it a try.

The thing was, no matter how good an Alpha’s temper was, that Alpha-supremacy mindset was ingrained in their bones.

Then there were the pheromones.

Alphas would get agitated and irritated when they smelled another Alpha’s pheromones. But Gong Ze didn’t seem to have that problem. A pheromone like his was one in a million among Alphas.

Jiang Lin’an was speechless.

Super handsome face, great body, soft personality, sweet pheromones, and a clean family background—

Damn it. He wanted a little lover like that too!

Seeing the jealousy in his good friend’s eyes, Feng Yuan’s chiseled, handsome face couldn’t help but break into a smile. He patted the back of the man in his arms with satisfaction.

Just then, a few of the rich second-generation heirs who were playing nearby let out a loud “Ow!” and started belting out songs. The Alpha in Feng Yuan’s arms immediately flinched, opening his bleary eyes and looking up at Feng Yuan expectantly.

Feng Yuan’s face instantly darkened.

Jiang Lin’an, understanding immediately, shouted at them, “What the hell are you howling about? No more singing! And turn down the volume on the speakers!”

But when he turned back and saw Feng Yuan’s speechless expression, Jiang Lin’an froze for a second and made a zipping motion across his lips.

“Go back to sleep.”

Feng Yuan patted the man who was so sleepy he didn’t know where he was.

“Oh.”

The other man mumbled groggily, actually closing his eyes and burrowing his head softly into Feng Yuan’s open leather jacket, like a big dog hiding its head, leaving only the back of his head and his ears visible.

Amused, Feng Yuan stroked his ear. The man promptly tucked his ears inside too.

Watching this scene, Jiang Lin’an let out a quiet “Holy shit.”

Damn.

This wimpy, timid Alpha was even better at this than all those Omegas he’d been with.

Feng Yuan was momentarily stunned, unaware of how incredibly soft his own expression had become.

By the time Gong Ze woke up, he had no idea how long had passed. He rubbed his eyes and opened them inside the warm embrace. His cheek could feel the heat radiating from the body he was pressed against, as well as the vibration of the chest as its owner spoke.

Only Feng Yuan, Jiang Lin’an, and himself remained in the private room. Feng Yuan’s arm was casually draped over him as he chatted with Jiang Lin’an. When Gong Ze sat up, his face still heavy with sleep, the two of them stopped talking and looked at him.

“Oh, you’re awake.”

Jiang Lin’an smiled. “You really slept a long time — all afternoon. If you hadn’t woken up, Jiang Lin’an and I were about to take you to the hospital.”

Gong Ze looked at Feng Yuan.

Feng Yuan touched the pillow marks on his face and teased him, “How can you be so dazed?”

Gong Ze stared at him for a moment, then slowly said, “I’m hungry…”

Feng Yuan was momentarily stunned, while Jiang Lin’an blinked and couldn’t help but burst out laughing.

“Hahahaha! He’s treating you like a wet nurse, Feng Yuan. Where on earth did this gem come from? He’s so sweet it’s crazy.”

Feng Yuan found it both exasperating and amusing. “Aren’t you ordering me around a little too naturally, huh? Do I look like someone you can boss around?”

Hearing this, Gong Ze pressed his lips together, looked back and forth between the two of them, and said uneasily, slowly, “Then I’m not hungry.”

Jiang Lin’an laughed even harder.

Feng Yuan couldn’t help but be charmed by the man’s aggrieved little expression. “Tch. So you do have a temper. All you know how to do is play pitiful.”

“I’m not…”

This time, Gong Ze genuinely felt wronged.

He wasn’t pretending to be pitiful. If he couldn’t eat, then he wouldn’t eat. Why did he have to say that about him?

Gong Ze frowned, unhappy as he sat there. His hair was messy from sleep, and his face was set in a cool, unapproachable, high-class handsome expression. He looked so handsome it went straight to Feng Yuan’s heart.

“How did you end up with such a perfect face?” Feng Yuan said without a trace of anger, smiling as he stood up and shook out his leg, which had gone numb from someone sleeping on it. He told Jiang Lin’an to book a restaurant.

Tsk, tsk. This was a first. Someone talked to Feng Yuan like that, and Feng Yuan — with his Alpha-hating, crazy-tempered personality — didn’t even explode.

Jiang Lin’an was astonished, but then he looked at Gong Ze’s face and understood.

“Alright. Let’s go to Tingxue?”

“Sure. Use my private room.”

After the two rich young masters finished speaking, Feng Yuan beckoned to the man who was quietly sulking, his eyes curved in a smile. “Come on. I’ll take you to find some food.”

Jiang Lin’an grinned beside him.

Gong Ze had been a little upset, but upon hearing that he could eat, he obediently stood up and followed behind Feng Yuan. Feng Yuan raised an eyebrow, glanced at him, and held out his hand.

Gong Ze tilted his head and thought for a moment. Instead of placing his hand in Feng Yuan’s, he took Feng Yuan’s hand, closed his own fingers around it, and tucked it into his own pocket.

He did it so naturally that he himself didn’t even realize it.

Feng Yuan: “…”

He and Jiang Lin’an exchanged a surprised glance. Feng Yuan, who had been smiling just a moment ago, suddenly darkened.

Damn it. That hand-holding gesture was so considerate, so natural. Some Omega must have trained him well. As a fellow Omega, Feng Yuan felt a wave of discomfort and jealousy.

Although this little lamb had said he’d never had a sugar parent before, that didn’t mean he’d never had a partner.

The more Feng Yuan thought about it, the more irritated he became. Fucking hell.

Fuming all the way, he walked outside with a dark cloud over his head. While waiting for the valet to bring the car, Feng Yuan finally couldn’t hold back and asked Gong Ze coldly, “Who taught you to hold hands like that? Very natural, aren’t you?”

Here it comes, here it comes. Jiang Lin’an knew this dog-like temper wouldn’t last long. He pretended he didn’t exist.

Gong Ze frowned and tilted his head to look at him. “Hold hands?”

Feng Yuan’s face was thunderous. “Don’t you fucking play dumb with me. Talk!”

Gong Ze was confused by his outburst, but being his wimpy, honest self, he said slowly, “It’s dark outside. The news said the weather is going to change tonight.”

Feng Yuan: “?”

Gong Ze slowly added, “Cold.”

So he held it tight and put it in his pocket.

Feng Yuan: “…”

Having somehow understood the Alpha’s logic, Feng Yuan thought: So it wasn’t because of some habit from holding someone else’s hand. He just thought I’d get cold because the weather was changing, so he wanted to keep it warm?

Looking at the handsome Alpha’s dull, straightforward expression, Feng Yuan’s anger instantly vanished, replaced by a little flutter of sweetness.

“Damn it.”

Feng Yuan’s terrifying expression lifted with a scoff, clearing up instantly.

“Let’s go. Time to eat.”

“Mm.”

Gong Ze obediently got into the car with him. He thought for a moment, then brightened and even opened the car door for Feng Yuan, with an expression that clearly said: ‘See? I’m not just taking your money for nothing. I’m pretty clever, aren’t I?’
